-Decreased all NPCs health (except dragons) to 100, to help improve compatability with levelling mods.

-Fixed 32x32 texture error found in THE VANILLA GAME! Please stop blaming this mod for this vanilla bug, it takes 30 seconds to 100% confirm if an issue is from mods or vanilla. SO I have added a file into this mod to FIX the vanilla bug (that causes black lines) Yes, this version ACTUALLY fixes the vanilla bug... enjoy and I will remove this file from the mod when it's fixed in the vanilla game. 

-Added names for ALL NPCs & weapon damage types / spell damage names ect.

-Some adjustments to items, NPCs, spells and more.
