Drop in to a run, kill enemies, get xp, level up to unlock and upgrade powers, get loot to spend on permanent upgrades in the hub world, complete challenges to unlock new classes.
From the hub world jump in to a portal to fight waves of enemies to earn xp and loot. XP will power you up in the run, unlocking new powers, stats and equipment, while loot is brought back to the hub world to unlock permanent meta-upgrades for future runs.
