Fixes
- Removed a chat message that appeared when being downed if no other HUD-modifying mods were installed.
- Fixed an issue with the option to only allow reviving players configured in `hooks.yml` when those options were enabled.

Improvements
- The message **"Press sneak to revive X"** now only appears if it is actually possible to revive that downed player.
