Update Changes

• Fixed an issue where the downed or reviving progress bars would not disappear correctly.
• Disabled the use of abilities while downed.
• Stamina is now removed while being downed.
• Added an on-screen prompt when near a downed player to indicate that they can be revived.
• Downed players are now ignored by mobs — enemies will no longer attempt to target or attack them while downed.
