fixes crash caused by inventory filtering that affects prerelease versions and the upcoming update 4.
also fixed the recipe file naming scheme so if you name the recipe modname:item it will display modname_item.json instead of recipebuilder_item.json. no "modname:" results in recipebuilder_item.json
