🆕 Requirements
• nearNpc:idOrName:range - passes while the player is within range blocks of an NPC's live position (sphere check). Accepts a citizen id, Denizen UUID, display name, or self/@self. Contextual (needs a live position); contrast nearPosition (fixed point) and escortPlayerInRange (own escort clone).

🖥 UI
• Quest Journal reworked into a proper log: each entry leads with the quest Description, shows a colored In Progress/Tracking/Completed status badge, and completed quests now show their summary + rewards instead of a blank pane.

🐛 Fixes
• talk: requirement / talk tracker now increments for QuestLines Denizens NPCs, not just HyCitizens - Core listens on the Denizens interact event bus and credits talk:<id> and talk:<name> on interaction.
• Denizens now show their name (not "(Denizen) #N") in the /ql quest NPC tab. After a reload the Denizen name lookup silently broke for every Denizen until a full restart; it now recovers automatically, and a Denizen with a blank name falls back to its role name.
