🆕 Actions
• claimbonuschunks:amount - grant (or revoke) bonus claim chunks (QuestLinesClaims).
• assignplot:plotId - assign a claim plot to the player.
• citydeposit:amount / nationdeposit:amount - credit the player's city / nation treasury (QuestLinesNations).
• chat: / message: now apply inline formatting tags ({#RRGGBB}, {b}, {i}, {m}, {rainbow}, {gradient:...}).

🆕 Requirements
• claimcount:N / claimchunks:N - gate on owned claims / total claimed chunks (QuestLinesClaims).
• inownclaim / inanyclaim - player is standing in their own / any player claim.
• isrenting:regionId / ownsbuyregion:regionId - player is the rent tenant / buy owner of a region.
• incity[:name] / innation[:name] - player is in any (or the named) city / nation (QuestLinesNations).
• cityrank:name / nationrank:name - player's city / inherited nation rank name matches.
• ismayor - player is the mayor of their city.

🖥 UI
• Added an optional per-page typewriter effect that reveals dialog text letter-by-letter, with a per-page speed multiplier. Off by default; toggle and speed live in the page editor.
• Added a PREVIEW button to the quest editor sidebar that renders the selected page as the live in-game dialogue. Preview is non-destructive (no load/response actions run), shows every response regardless of requirements, follows page: links so you can walk the whole tree, and its Close button returns you to the editor.

🆕 Variables
• {claim:count|chunks|maxchunks|bonuschunks|here|owner} - player claim counts and the claim under the player.
• {region:tenant|owner|price|leaseremaining|available:regionId} - rent/buy region details.
• {city:name|tag|rank|members|treasury} - the player's city.
• {nation:name|tag|rank|cities|treasury} - the player's nation.
