🆕 Features
• Pluggable storage backend for per-player title data: file (default), SQLite, MySQL, or MariaDB, selected via a new "storage" block in config.json. The database backends let Titles share a single database with the rest of the QuestLines suite.
• Player title data is now keyed by player UUID (rename-safe) instead of username.

🖥 UI
• Reworked the title selection and admin editor layouts to fit their content better.

• Bold (<b>) now renders correctly in title text.
• Legacy username-keyed files (playerdata/<username>.json) are adopted automatically the first time each player connects after the upgrade, and re-keyed under their UUID.
• Switching from the file backend to a database backend imports each player's legacy data on their next join - no manual migration step.
• /titleadmin grant for a player who has never joined is held as a pending record and applied on their first connect.
