🆕 Features • Particle claim borders - opt-in, per-viewer shimmering ground borders around nearby claims, plots, and admin regions. └ /claim particles [--state=on|off] - each player toggles whether they see borders (off by default). └ Per-object border effect picked from the claim/plot/region Settings UI; catalog defined in particleborders.conf └ (per-effect particle id, colour, scale, height, density, emit rate, lifetime, rainbow cycle). └ Effect availability: default-unlocked, OR a permission node, OR an explicit admin grant. └ Admin: /claim particlegrant <player> <effect|all> and /claim particlerevoke <player> <effect|all> (console-runnable). └ Admin live preview/edit via /claim particleeditor.

• Licensing - the particle-border cosmetics are now a Pro feature gated by a server license. └ Without a valid license the borders are dark for everyone and /claim particles refuses to enable; the rest of └ Claims is unaffected. └ /claim license info|refresh|clear|server-id (admin). Install: drop the license.jwt the bot DMs into └ mods/QuestLinesClaims/, then /claim license refresh - the gate is live, no restart needed. └ Ed25519-signed, verified locally (no outbound network); optional per-server binding; 7-day grace after expiry.
