Resolved incorrect chest ownership handling when opening chests via admin commands.

Added the ability to display one player’s chest page to another player.

Admins can now open a specific player's chest for a different viewer.

Chest data is now saved properly to the correct owner.

🔐 Permission

privatechest.use.admin – Required to view or show other players’ chests.
