A grassy crater biome fragment, taking inspiration from the plains in Worldgen v2

Description
Adds a fragment using Worldgen v2 which can be accessed either through an instance in Creative mode or through a portal key made with Marble and Cobalt and contains ores within, made to be similar to the existing worldgen v2 plains biomes.
This biome should be exploration mode friendly and when accessed through a portal will have a return portal which will lead back to the entrance.
Early Development
This mod is work in progress, has multiple incomplete aspects, and everything within is subject to change.
In the future this mod will contain more biomes of the same style, as well as the option to generate a world containing all of these biomes.
