Added /patchly reload command to force-reload the asset pack
Fixed the asset pack not properly being removed after a restart (leaving a stale pack - patches not being applied)
Added /patchly watcher --stop or --start to enable/disable the filewatch reload. Good for servers that don't need it or don't want it.
