Owen's Hand Cannons

-Adjusted damage scaling of guns due to last patch adjusting enemy stats and tiered weapon damage.

-Big Iron, Briar, Lament and Dead Man's Hytale + rare variants now deal slightly less damage, up to 40% less. Because right now even big iron just shreds basic enemies compared to older versions.

-Additionally, slightly reduced the health of all the mobs added by this mod to compensate.

-Rose and Requiem are unaffected as they are the highest tier and highest tier aren't touched by the last patch.
