Owen's Hand Cannons

-Improved punch animation visuals and hit consistency.

-Improved Briar and Rose's visual effects, especially the signature projectiles.

-Fixed hand cannons disappearing from your hand when B-hopping or running backwards shortly after spinning them.

-Hand cannons are now one-handed as supposed to two-handed to allow the wielder to hold a torch.
