BuilderToolsPacketHandlerMixin - Protects regions from Hytale's creative BuilderTools (Paint Brush, Flood Fill, Sculpt Brush, Paste Tool, etc.). Players without build permission can no longer bypass protection using these tools.

TeleporterInteractionMixin - Protects regions from teleporter block usage (both F-key and walk-through). Players can be blocked from using teleporters with the use-portals flag.
