v1.1.0 - The World Responds
- All 4 original events now spawn real mobs - no more chat-only Sparks
- New Zone 2 event - Scarak Swarm - wave event with Broodmother boss for Howling Sands
- ZoneMobRegistry - each zone now has appropriate creature pools
- Despawn system - all event mobs removed when the event concludes
- Proximity messages - only players near the event receive wave countdown chat
- WorldState now saves and persists correctly between sessions
- Config file generates properly on first run
- Default event chances set to 0 - admins control when events fire
- Admin commands: /orbisscarak to trigger Scarak Raid
