Ophio — the Plague Bringer

A class for Endless Leveling that rewards patience over burst. Ophio is intentionally weak on raw stats, but every hit you land infects with a Spore, increasing your damage.

The gameplay

Every attack applies a Spore. Each Spore on a mob makes that mob take more damage from you.

On kill, the plague jumps. Spores leap to nearby mobs and carry their stacks and multiply. This ramps up as quickly as your progression allows.

Chain kills cascade. In a dense pack of mobs, stacks multiply kill after kill.

At Exalted tier, there is no stack cap. Watch the counter climb into the hundreds, the thousands, beyond. The mob's nameplate shows [N Spores] to reflect the number of spores you've stacked.

Strength

15×+ damage at high stacks

Built for hordes. More enemies = more stacks.

Two Ophios on one target share the stacks.

Weakness

No bonus damage to your weapons, +1% on staves, nothing else.

If every infected mob dies without spreading, your stacks start over.

Solo kills are your weakness until you've set up a mob first.

Progression

Prestige 0 → 8. Every tier raises the stack cap, per-stack damage, ramp rate, stack duration, and spread radius. Exalted uncaps stacks entirely.

Passives

Pure longevity: small bumps to Life Force, Defense, Stamina, Mana Regen, Health Regen. No damage attributes.

Pick Ophio if: you want to build momentum, run with groups, and watch a single late-game pull end in a insane damage spike, if you play correctly, you can one shot bosses.
