Open player inventories, inspect gear safely, and interact with backpacks. Includes admin tools, offline access, permissions, distance limits, configurable sections, and multi-language support

- Added inspect command to inspect a player’s gear (without the ability to steal)
- Added backpack command to open a player’s backpack Both commands are fully configurable and can be disabled. Permissions are linked to each command.
By default, these commands target the nearest player, but you can also specify a player. In the configuration, you can force the command to require a player name.
