New: Durability-Based Equipment Performance
Equipment condition now affects how effectively your tools and weapons perform.
Tools
Damaged tools deal less damage to blocks, making worn equipment less effective when gathering resources.
Weapons
Damaged weapons deal less damage to enemies. This applies to both melee weapons and ranged attacks.
Effectiveness by Condition

90–100% condition: 100% effectiveness.

70–89% condition: 95% effectiveness.

40–69% condition: 80% effectiveness.

15–39% condition: 60% effectiveness.

Below 15% condition: 40% effectiveness.
Repairing equipment restores its performance according to its new condition. Fully repaired tools and weapons return to 100% effectiveness.
