Config Location Priority:

  1. User Mods Folder (Primary)
    • %APPDATA%/Hytale/UserData/Mods/NaturalCoalOre/Config
    • Allows configuration before world creation
    • Ideal for singleplayer and local testing
  2. Server Mods Folder (Fallback)
    • <server>/mods/NaturalCoalOre/Config
    • Used when user folder doesn't exist
    • Ideal for dedicated servers
