Fixes:

• Fixed import/export buses sometimes stopping after chunks unloaded and reloaded.
• Fixed Simple Claims/security owner handling so saved network ownership is not lost when the Security Station chunk is temporarily unloaded.
• Fixed automation permission checks using the saved network owner more reliably in claimed areas.
• Fixed Crafting Terminal memory-level recipe visibility in multiplayer. Memory-gated recipes now match vanilla bench behavior more closely, including Arcanist’s Workbench recipes.
• Fixed stale partial network scans affecting bus automation after returning to an area.

Balance:

• Storage Cable recipe now crafts 8 cables per craft instead of 1.
