Silk touch "bug" is now an opt-in feature in server config!
- Fix drop resolution to check all gathering types (Breaking, Soft, Harvest, Physics) matching the game's own BlockHarvestUtils priority order
- Players can toggle silk touch in the config UI when server allows it
- Shows "Not Configured" when server has silk touch disabled
