Adds the new carts, rails, and more to improve the lacking minecart system that hytale has.
What's new
Added track switches, change the track a cart will go to with the simple flip of a lever. Added tied chickens. Use a chicken in a capture crate on a rail and see the chicken tied down to the tracks.
