Macaw's Hy Windows

Added:
- Resizable Windows / Can be also toggled with the vanilla Hammer
- Hy Windows Bench

Changes:
- Curtains now have the hammer icon to indicate that they can be toggled
- Tall Blinds and Tall Curtain are no longer craftable, they are only made when building two
  of the same above each other.
- Tall Blinds and Tall Curtains drop 2 Short instead of 1 Tall
- All windows now show hinges on their texture, to know where it opens
- Sills can now have Corners

Bugs Fixed:
- Glass Block not letting light through
- Sills have a bugged texture underneath them
- Putting two small windows on top of another 
  converts it to a tall window and drops as tall window instead of individual windows
- Some Window Textures have a brighter spot
