Added a custom workbench that can be crafted at the base game workbench. This should make sure the keep all modded items in an easy to find and access location.

Attempting to fix an issue with mod load when played with the Life Crops mod.

Increased the costs of all mod Items to better respect the impact they can have on game progression and utility.
