TANNING RACK
20 Cotton -> 1 Light Leather
2 Light Leather -> 1 Medium Leather
3 Medium Leather -> 1 Heavy Leather
3 Heavy Leather -> 1 Storm Leather
SALVAGER'S WORKBENCH
1 Storm Leather -> 3 Heavy Leather
1 Heavy Leather -> 3 Medium Leather
1 Medium Leather -> 2 Light Leather
