What's changed

• Fix teleporting on latest Hytale update
• Allow using the Waypoint name in /landmark tp <name/id> (use _ for spaces)
• Added particles and sound to teleporting, closing the map
• Allow teleporting between worlds, map icons won't incorrectly show between worlds anymore
• New /landmark list command, showing all unlocked Waypoints, teleporting on click
• Landmarks now won't be unloaded after a server/world restart
