A Hytale equivalent of KubeJS

Current functionality:

• Adding recipes
• Modifying recipes by using a recipe filter
• Deleting recipes by using a recipe filter
• Adding blocks and items with custom models and textures

Planned Functionallity:

• Adding NPCs
• Adding custom Workbenches
• Adding custom UI files with custom behavior
