V1.0.9 - Update 3 Patch

Just a quick patch for Hytale's Update 3, along with a few small changes.

  • Removed shield bash particles until I can fix the spawn location.
  • Added small passive light to Magelight Rune.
  • Mana usage changes: (Let me know if these work better with other mana mods)
    • Spellbook/Staff primary spells: 15 mana
    • Spellbook/Staff secondary spells: 7.5 mana
    • Wand spells: 5 mana
    • Rune spells: 7.5 mana
