V1.0.9 - Update 3 Patch
Just a quick patch for Hytale's Update 3, along with a few small changes.
- Removed shield bash particles until I can fix the spawn location.
- Added small passive light to Magelight Rune.
- Mana usage changes: (Let me know if these work better with other mana mods)
- Spellbook/Staff primary spells: 15 mana
- Spellbook/Staff secondary spells: 7.5 mana
- Wand spells: 5 mana
- Rune spells: 7.5 mana
