Never lose your loot again!

itsHyrican's Death Chest acts as your safety net in the world of Hytale. Upon an untimely death, this mod automatically spawns a secure container at your exact location, capturing your entire inventory before it scatters. Instead of panicking about items despawning, simply make your way back to your death point and reclaim your gear from your Death Chest.

Key Features

• 📦 Automatic Protection: A coffin or gravestone spawns instantly at your death coordinates to catch your items.
• ⚙️ In-Game Configuration: Server admins can now use the /deathchest command to open a custom UI. Toggle the despawn timer or adjust the decay time in minutes - live and without restarting the server! (New in v.0.6)
• 🛡️ Secure Storage: Prevents your inventory from scattering or despawning on the ground.
• ✅ Easy Retrieval: Simply interact with the coffin to access your saved inventory.
• ⏳ Magical Decay Timer: To keep the world clean and the stakes high, the chest is governed by a decay timer. It will safely despawn after 10 minutes, so make sure to retrieve your gear before it's gone! (Implemented with v.0.4.1)
• 🛡️ Fair Play & Balancing Your items still suffer the usual wear and tear. This mod follows your server's exact rules for durability loss and drop rates, ensuring the vanilla challenge remains intact. (Implemented with v.0.3)
