• Chat formatting now supports local chat.groupPrefixes and chat.groupSuffixes fallback tags for {prefix} and {suffix} when LuckPerms is not installed or does not provide those values.
• /broadcast ui now opens the broadcast and announcement preset editor from the broadcast command group.

• /broadcast <message> now uses the newer tab-complete-friendly required message argument variant.
• Removed chat.enabled and chat.overrideLuckPermsChatFormat; HyEssentialsX now always owns player chat formatting and resolves nicknames plus LuckPerms prefix, suffix, primary group, and meta placeholders.
• Existing stock chat group formats automatically migrate from [{group}] {player} to {prefix}{player}{suffix} so new LuckPerms or local prefix tags appear without manual config cleanup.

Fixed

• Scheduled announcements now send one chat line per interval again instead of dumping every line from a multi-line preset at once.
