Hydro Hologram

Hello Everyone,

Sorry no updates these last few days been a bit busy. This new jar comes with a bunch of new fixes and changes today. So please use this jar. Read below to see the fixes:

Fixes:
- Fixed Hologram being delete when line 1 was deleted in the editor. No longer delete the hologram if there is no lines.
- Fixed Holograms not spawning in the world when you created one. (Hytale changes some stuff in there latest patch.)
- Fixed reloading issue. Sometimes certain images and gifs would fail.
- Fixed json parsing for images and gifs
- Fixed image and gif sizing json issue not being correct.
- Fixed small performance issue. 

Changes:
- Removed a bunch of logging from console from holo reload. No longer spams and throttle the console.
- Added in a new log to show holo names and frame after a reload in console
- Added in local.US for image and gifs for parsing
