Hello everyone,

This update adds in new Fixes / Changes and also a brand new Feature to HydroHologram. Read Below:

Feature:
- Added in gifs, you can now add any type of gif to the gif folder in the mod and it will automatic setup up the frames for it in the assets. 
- Can add in small time base gifs or long time gifs all work and any size too.

Bit of a WARNING with the gifs. The more gifs you added onto your server. The more images it makes and also it can take a while for them to load when do holo reload. So do be careful with the amount of gifs you add onto your server.

Fixes:
- Fixed Logging spam in console, I forgot to remove some and fix up trigger for certain times they should show
- Fixed Slight performance issue with gif.

Changes:
- Changed information display for gifs/images after holo reload. Now show name of gifs and there images they have loaded. You will see what i mean when have gif on the server and do /holo reload.
- Updated the permission. Now have full control of each command and also the same in the gui editor too. See main page to see the new permission.
