Hydro Hologram

Hello everyone,

here is the lastest fixes and features added in. Read down below:

Fixes:
- Fixed item: not showing all types of models in hytale when displayed in the hologram
- Fixed hologram dupicating when you spamed the x,y,z in the editor gui. 
- Fixed /holo cleanup command. Will now work correctly and check dupe holograms probley if there is any.

Changes:
- Change image holograms from despawning when x,y,z change to live x,y,z changing. This improves slight perfomance.

Features:
- Have added in permission now. Only (hydrohologram.admin). If you are op you dont need the perm. But this should help with giving staff members the perms to use holograms. Will be adding in more for each command later. Just getting something out there for now.
- Have added in Entitiy Tool support now. You can use the tool to move the holograms around, scale them. This is still in testing. Some things might now work. Need the public to test and let me know any feedback on this. Thank you
