Adds in Holograms to Hytale. Also comes with a built in editor too. Still learning the kinks of coding in hytale so this is still early stages at the moment.

This version fixes some issue with holograms not loading on certain events. Read fixes down below:
Fixes:
- Fixed Hologram not showing when changing between world.
- Fixed Hologram despawning when going far away. This was due to chunks being unloaded where the hologram was located.
- Fixed Chunk issue with hologram.
- Fixed Visual issue.
- Change hologram shadow from Fullbright back to Flat as images are just to bright.
