Small update 

[#] Fix "not targetting server version" warnings
[#] Outbound velocity packet cancel is now only done on "set" types instead of all of them (fixes the wrong cancelations on some attacks)
[#] Speed check is not disabled in water anymore to prevent an easy bypass
[#] Changed some wording in the admin GUI
