Hammerable Grass

Grass doesn't spread in Hytale (yet), turn dirt to grass using the hammer for the meantime.

These are the specific blocks that cycle with the hammer now:

Dirt -> Grass -> Full Grass -> Leafs -> Summer Grass -> Wet Grass -> Cycles Back To Dirt
Burnt Dirt -> Burnt Grass -> Cycles Back
Dry Dirt -> Dry Grass -> Cycles Back
Cold Dirt -> Cold Grass -> Cycles Back
