What's new
- Players in Creative mode can now break/collect any gravestone, even with owner protection enabled
- Gravestones without tracking data (e.g., from older versions or data loss) can now be broken/collected by anyone instead of being stuck forever
- Added a lot of debug logging to help fix future bugs
- Fixed issue where gravestones would be placed on the wrong block when dying close to the edge of a block
- Data storage moved from plugins/Gravestones/ to mods/Gravestones/ (auto migrates existing data)
