Configuration System Update

Added

  • Configuration commands: /grassspreader radiusx|radiusy|maxChecksPerPlayer|cooldown set {value} and reset for each
  • Config persistence: Settings are saved to config.json and loaded on startup
  • Dynamic cooldown: Cooldown between checks is now configurable (default: 60 seconds)

Changed

  • Converted static configuration constants to runtime-configurable values
  • All settings persist across server restarts
