Update. 

File cleanup & bug fix:

Old, obsolete item files that were no longer used in the mod have been completely removed, resulting in much lighter and cleaner overall performance. 

Fixed an issue where certain food items could not be crafted.

New Workstation:

The Skinning Rack: This table allows you to process animal carcasses in a clean, traditional manner to obtain the hide and begin preparing the meat. 

For now, the system is available for cows and pigs.

Exclusive Wall Trophies and Progression:

When processing cows, pigs, or chickens, there is a very low probability (a rare drop) of obtaining a unique wall trophy from that animal.

Advanced mechanic: These trophies are not merely for decoration. You will need them as essential materials to upgrade your Skinning Rack to the next level. This adds a new layer of progression and difficulty to the mod, requiring you to master hunting if you wish to advance.
