Description
Game Server Tools is a server management plugin built to make running a Hytale server easier. It connects your server to the Game Server Tools platform so you can manage moderation, player activity, and your community from one place.
The goal is to replace the need for a bunch of separate plugins. Instead of stacking different systems for bans, reports, Discord linking, rewards, and analytics, everything is handled through one system that stays lightweight on your server.
Setup
To use this plugin you will need to create an account on the website and generate an API key.

Paste the API key into the plugin config
Once that is done your server will be connected and ready to go.
Hawkeye Anti Cheat
This plugin includes Hawkeye which is a server side, behavior based anti cheat system.
Instead of relying only on basic checks or client side detection, Hawkeye focuses on what players are actually doing in game. It monitors gameplay and looks for patterns that do not match normal human behavior.
This includes things like:
- speed hacking
- fly hacking
- abnormal movement and teleport anomalies
- suspicious reach or combat distance
- rapid attack patterns
- aim snapping and unnatural aim behavior
- auto clicker or click pattern detection
- stamina or health related anomalies
- block breaking patterns
Anti cheat systems work by analyzing player actions and flagging behavior that falls outside expected limits, and Hawkeye follows that same idea but focuses more on real gameplay patterns instead of just simple rule checks.
The goal is not to instantly ban players, but to give server owners and staff better insight into who might need to be reviewed.
Discord Integration
You can connect your server directly to Discord.
Players can link their accounts in game and get roles automatically. You can also send alerts to Discord, manage tickets, and handle ban appeals without needing separate bots or systems.
This makes it easier to keep your server and community connected.
Moderation Tools
Game Server Tools includes a full set of moderation features.
Players can report others in game and those reports go straight to your system. You can manage bans across multiple servers, review player history, and handle appeals through Discord.
Everything is centralized so you are not jumping between different tools.
VPN and Proxy Detection
The plugin can detect players connecting through VPNs or proxies.
This helps reduce ban evasion and alternate accounts. You can control how strict this is depending on your server.
Community Features
There are also built in systems to help keep players active.
You can reward players for playtime, give perks to Discord boosters, and run giveaways or events. These are optional but useful if you want to grow your community.
Analytics
The platform tracks player activity and server data.
You can see how your server is growing, how active players are, and other useful stats from the dashboard.
