Hello!

This mod introduces Void Cultists - a new hostile faction that appears at night in every biome. These are female variants of cultist enemies, created as my first step into modding.

What’s New (Latest Update)

  • Added unique sounds for each cultist type.

  • Added multiple warning voice lines that play when a cultist spots you and is about to attack.

  • Reduced the cultists’ death sound volume - it used to be about 3× louder than other sounds.

  • Added companions for:

    • Cultist Warrior

    • Cultist Ranger

    • Cultist Mage

    • Cultist Monster

  • After death, a cultist has a 10% chance to drop a summoning egg for a companion of the same type.

Enemy Roster

  • Cultist Mage - channels corrupted blight magic to strike enemies from afar.

  • Cultist Archer- uses a bow and arrows to hunt targets at range.

  • Cultist Warrior - fights up close, wielding either a shield or dual daggers.

  • Cultist Monster - a creature warped by dark magic. Endless torment twisted it into a true abomination.

  • Cultist Crawler - even more violently mutated than the Monster: it has lost its lower limbs, and the transformation is far more horrific.

Spawn Behavior

  • Void Cultists now roam the world under the cover of night, appearing in all biomes.

Planned

More female variants for other creatures are planned in future updates.

Known Issues

  • Companions can’t swim and can’t cross water obstacles.

  • Ranged companions still engage in melee combat.

  • There is no companion for the Cultist Crawler yet.
