For when you want an absurd amount of blocks for free. Easy and convenient to craft anywhere from your pocket inventory menu.
Free Blocks break with a single hit.
To "balance" the power of Free Blocks, you will be required to carry a Free Block License. You can craft this license from the Legal tab in your workbench.
Still unbalanced? Yes. Because the Free Block License costs 1 of any soil-type block to craft.
Additions:
Free Block: A “soil” block with the words “Free Block” drawn into the texture. Can be crafted in your pocket crafting inventory menu for convenience at the cost of 1 Free Block License, and returns 10 Free Blocks and replaces your license - making it easy and free to obtain infinite Free Blocks.
3 Varieties: Free Block (Basic gray), Hazard Free Block (Industrial Yellow), Glitch Free Block (Missing Texture Magenta)
Free Block License: The only required crafting component for the Free Block. Can be crafted dirt-cheap (Literally - only 1 “any soil type” block) in the Legal tab of your workbench. A Free Block counts as a “soil type,” so once you buy 1 license, you can obtain infinitely more.
Tip: It is recommended to carry 11 or more licenses to avoid inventory disorganization due to temporary license removal while crafting. The recipe takes your license, gives you 10 Free Blocks, and your license back. If you don't have extra licenses, the returned license will find a new inventory position after crafting.
Why License? Partly because the asset editor required me to include at least 1 ingredient in the recipe to make it valid, and partly because it's funny.
Modifications:
Modifies the Workbench to add a “Legal” tab for the Free Block License crafting recipe.
