First Steps

First release. A checklist for new players from steps.txt: run a command, hold an item, or stay for N minutes, each with an optional reward command. The next step shows on screen; /steps shows progress; /stepsadmin shows totals, reload and reset. Every started, finished and skipped step is written to steps.jsonl, which Playerbase Pro reads for its first-minutes funnel.
