  • 🌟 Resolved compatibility issues with Hytale 0.5.5 & 0.5.6 The Hytale 0.5.5 update introduced engine-side changes that affected some EssentialsPlus features. These compatibility issues have been addressed so that everything continues to work reliably on the latest Hytale version.

✨ Improvements:

  • 🖥️ Custom commands can now be executed from the console Custom commands were previously player-only. They are now regular commands that can be run by both players and the console.

  • 💬 Private messages now support both names in either format The {sender} and {receiver} placeholders can now be used in both private message formats (msg.senderFormat and msg.receiverFormat). Previously each format only knew about one participant, so the sender's own name could not be shown in the line they see after sending a message. Both names are now always available in every private message.

🐛 Bug Fixes:

  • 🔴 Fixed: Gradient/Rainbow dropped color on first character when preceded by a single plain character When a <gradient> or <rainbow> tag was preceded by a single plain-text character, the first colored character appeared unformatted.
