This plugin lets you spawn a referral NPC where players can enter the name of an (online) user for referral. They will both be rewarded something configurable and you can enable/disable a custom broadcast as well.

Spawn an NPC where players can refer their friend, which will give them both a reward (configurable).
Command: /enkreferral create {name}
Permission: enkreferral.create
Players do not need any permissions to interact with the NPC.
