Enhanced Tools and Durability

Makes tools durability last longer, adds in a couple new shovels and crude repair kit, and Iron repair kit no longer reduces durability.
What's new
- Pickaxes and hatchets lose 1 durability for every 10 hits on blocks instead of the normal 4 hits
- Hammers lose half the durability when used on blocks
- Removed durability loss from Iron Repair kit
- Added in a couple shovels with recipes that were missing
- Added Crude Repair Kit, This will still lower durability but only by 5% due to its low crafting cost and you can craft it from inventory.
