Description
Elite Mobs
Combat and progression expansion that introduces a tiered rarity system for hostile mobs. Mobs can spawn as Uncommon, Rare, or Legendary variants, gaining increased health and extra combat mechanics through an affix-based system.
Core Functionality
Rarity Tiers: Hostile NPCs scale in health and amount of affixes based on their assigned rarity.
Additive Loot: Elite variants retain their standard drops but add bonus rewards to the pool. These include raw ores (Thorium, Cobalt, Adamantite) and various leather tiers. Legendary mobs include Mithril in their potential drop table.
Loot Multipliers: In addition to bonus items, the mob's base loot table is rolled multiple times based on the rarity multiplier defined in the configuration.
Affix System: Distributes Prefix and Suffix mechanics to mobss. Almost all values is exposed in the config files.
Configuration
Elite Presets: Force specific NPC roles to spawn with fixed rarities and specific affix combinations, bypassing random generation.
Spawn Filtering: Control which mobs can become Elites using Whitelists and Blacklists.
Visual Toggles: Enable or disable rarity-based entity tints and nameplates.
Live Reload: Use /elitereload to apply changes made to any JSON config file without a server restart.
Commands
/elite <role> --affixes="": Spawns a specific mob with the chosen affixes.
/elitereload: Refreshes all configuration files and re-syncs the affix registry.
Affixes
Berserker: Damage output ramps up as the mob's HP gets lower.
Bombardier: Tosses explosive projectiles at players within range.
Frost: Attacks apply a slowing effect; has the potential to freeze.
Infernal: Fire immunity and applies burn on hit.
Launcher: Attacks knock you back significantly.
Magnetic: Periodically drags nearby players toward the mob.
Swift: Moves 50% faster than normal.
Splitting: Breaks into two smaller versions of itself when killed.
Stoneskin: Flat 25% damage reduction from all sources.
Vampire: Heals itself for 50% of the damage it deals.
Venomous: Applies poison on attack.
Volatile: Explodes instantly upon death.
