Dynamic Seasons

Adds 4 Seasons to the world, Greenhouse blocks, Seasonal Farming, Seasonal Fishing, Customizable Weather. It also adds Snow, (WIP) temperature system, Blood Moon ,Configurable Settings, and an optional Seasons Spellbook.
What's new
Farming:
- New Sugar Cane crop added. Compatible with Homesteadin, so that you can use the mod's Juice Press to extract juice out of it.
- The new Sugar Cane crop can only be planted on Watered Till Soil / Watered Gravel Soil / Watered Pebble Soil. When placing the seeds, blocks next to water sources will automatically become watered and when one these blocks are exposed to rain, they too will become watered. Although it prefered season is Summer, it grows at the same rate as Summer during Spring; Basically it has two prefered seasons: Spring and Summer.
Hotfix:
- A crash due to Crop Quality components has been fixed.
