Better Spellbooks

Better Spellbooks is a magic-focused mod that introduces a spellbook-based casting system, expanding how players use spells through progression and mana management.

Spellbooks allow players to cast spells by consuming mana (obtained through the armor sets), creating a more dynamic and balanced magic experience.

Available Spellbooks

Fire Spellbook

• Casts a powerful fire-based projectile
• Designed for direct damage and impact

Ice Spellbook

• Launches a snowball projectile
• Focused on control and utility

Poison Spellbook 

• Launches a poison projectile
• Deals 14 damage
• Has a chance to poison the target for 16 seconds

Heal Spellbook

• Heals the player for 35 HP per cast
• Designed as a support-oriented spell

Each spellbook now comes with different rarities, adding variety and progression to magic gameplay

Armor Sets

Three magic-oriented armor sets have been added, each with its own crafting path:

 Cindercloth Armor Set                                     Frostcloth Armor Set      

Linen Armor Set

All armor sets are crafted in the Arcane Workbench and require their respective Bolt as a crafting ingredient.

Bolts (Crafting Ingredients)

Each armor set has its own corresponding Bolt, used as a core crafting material for armor pieces:

• Cindercloth Bolt
• Frostcloth Bolt
• Linen Bolt

Bolts are crafted through the Arcane Workbench and are essential for progressing into magic-related armor.

This mod is currently in active development, and more spellbooks with unique spells and mechanics are planned for future updates.
